Pure disgust at the appalling service received, for a reputable company they do not have well coordinated call center stuff, Tristan is one of the worst TLs you could have who sends his agents Goodwin and Meckall to do his dirty job he is very ego centric and states he is too busy to come on the line and speak to this client despite spending airtime and hours on the line I have no resolution or my item same thing happened with my previous order and I gave them another chance, I regret it with all my heart , I don't think you even quality assessors the way your stuff lies and conducts itself abandoned hold! Terrifying, then there's was Tshepiso and Sne working from home who also left Me on hold.. it's fine please just give me my money I finally accept you are terrible.. oh and the whatsapp chat? The pits! Don't even bother using that line
