APPALLING AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT IT'S BEST

I ordered online and received my order today however what I find extremely appalling is that the Makro Centurion was notified by the delivery guy that one of my items was leaking and he was told that they will wait for me to complain before anything is done because they don't have stock, this is a food item and it seems the store doesn't care about hygiene or their brand, how do you do that to a client, would they appreciate being treated like that I mean really people what happened to providing good service and not treating the people that support your business like gum stuck under your shoe, this is unacceptable
