Appaling service from cashier at Makro Nelspruit

<p>Sunday 30 July 2017 @ Marko Nelspruit. Trolley full of groceries, stood 40mins in a long que as it was super busy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was directed to Cashier Ntombela who seemed in a bad mood, didnt greet us either. I slided the makro card to her on the conveyor belt and unfortunately it slid inbetween the belt and the counter. We laughed about it as it is such a silly thing to happen. I waited for her to do something, take a card and slide it out or anything. She just stood there staring at me for 5 minutes. After a while I said to her if she is going to help or just give me attitude. She did nothing.</p> <p>Eventually she called someone who told me to go get a new card and stand in the que again. It was close to closing time, and I just spent the past two hours in Makro. I told her I was not going to do that because I don't have the time, surely she can use a supervisor card and then I can go get a new one later, or even better, take the one that slid into the belt out, was easy to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>She said no, I have to do it. She was so rude and did not seem to care whatsoever. I told her if she wanted I could leave everything and go to Pick and Pay as I'd get better service there. She just said YOH!! and laughed. She is such a rude person.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took my kids and left. Waisted hours of my day and Makro lost at least R1000.</p> <p> </p> <p>You know I am so sick and tired of the cashiers attitude at Makro Nelspruit. They don't greet you, don't even look at you when they are busy with your groceries or payment. They act as if they are doing you a favor. This is not customer service at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>I won't be going back to Makro again.</p>
