Appaling customer service and no refund on item received!

I order items online and returned two of the items in latr June. I have only received a refund for one of the two items. I have called and emailed multiple times and am told to give them time as they are following up with the third party supplier who hasnt refunded them. I dont get an updates either - i have to keep calling or emailing. I bought items from makro and paid makro not a third party supplier - so a them not refunding makro should not be my my problem! I am Makros customer not whoever makro has chosen to supply them. I dont see how Makro believes this is fair or right!!
