Apalling

Shocked by the appalling lack of service and communication. I will never order online from Makro again. Ordered 29th November, handed to courier on the 4th of December and no further communication since and no delivery of my order. WhatsApp channels/emails are non-responsive. Disappointed. What a poor online experience.
