Another shocking experience in a row!! Online payment made on 18th Dec 2021 and waiting ever since Order No: MAK*** It has become my daily routine to speak the Makro call center everyday morning and narrate the story to everyone out there!! Sadly the reply is we will get back shortly.... Guess what, Nothing till date!! To Big BOSSES.....pls. hire someone in your call center who understand customer experience is the first and the foremost thumb rule in your organization!!
