Another level dissapointment!
It is rare that I use this platform for complaints, I do prefer to use this platform rather for compliments. Makro however do not deserve a compliment at this point with an outstanding online delivery from 26 November 2022! I call, I email and then the whole cycle starts again needless to say that I try several different numbers as well as several different email addresses. No one picks up the phone, no one answers an email. To add insult, you cannot even cancel online one has to call and remember no-one answers! I hold on for at least 6 minutes today I held on for just over 15 minutes. This is highly frustrating. Please Makro give me a response, a call back, something....... Hello? Order number MAK***
