Annoyed and disappointed

Very disappointed at how my return for repair is being handled, bought a genesis 5-in-1 turbovac vacuum cleaner 22.2v (don't recommend anyone buying this vacuum), it broke 4 months later , booked it in for repair 2 weeks ago because the handle broke (started folding by itself without pressing the button and the handle eventually snapped) and it stopped charging , 2 weeks later (Wednesday) they tell me I can collect it and that it has been repaired, guess what .... it wouldn't charge again , took it back they said it was the charging cable got a new cable , charged it till the light went blue , used it for 1 minute exactly and it was flat , so now I need to go back for the 3 time this week . DO NOT BUY VERIMARK PRODUCTS, I don't know how makro can sell such bad quality appliances
