Angry with Makro online

I ordered some items online on the 19th of July and the order was canceled on MakroSAs end and upon trying to get a refund I am being told that it's coming and it has been coming since the 19th of July 2023 upto date. My order number is MAK*** and I have reported on all possible platforms,please I need help to get my money back
