Angry and Frustrated order nr. mak***

i bought a fridge on the 28 may 2021 i am still waiting for delivery , i am so angry and frustrated both makro and their delivery company called Value logistics ,they call me monday arrange a delivery for yesterday the 8th june i supposed to meet them at the police station no one called me i took a day off at work for nothing.They dont keep their promises if my fridge is not delivery by today i want my money back. or i will take this to ombudsman.Makro they dont treat customers fair and i wont buy to makro again
