I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the appalling service provided by Makro Online Store. My recent experience with them has left me questioning the integrity of their operations and the reliability of their promises.

I made a purchase from Makro Online Store, ordering two items. However, upon delivery, only one of the items arrived. The delivery person assured me that the missing item would be promptly delivered at a later time. Trusting their word, I signed for the incomplete delivery, assuming that the second item would follow shortly.

However, to my dismay, the second item never arrived. Despite numerous follow-ups from my wife, both with Makro and the courier company, we have been met with nothing but excuses and delays. It's as if they have no intention of fulfilling their obligations to their customers.

This whole ordeal has left me feeling cheated and deceived. It's difficult not to conclude that either Makro or the courier company is engaged in some form of deceptive practice. It's unconscionable to promise something and then fail to deliver without any valid explanation or attempt to rectify the situation.

As a customer who trusted Makro with my hard-earned money, I expected nothing short of exceptional service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I urge anyone considering purchasing from Makro Online Store to think twice before doing so. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly appalling.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing Makro Online Store until they demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving their service standards and treating their customers with the respect they deserve.
