Angry and disappointed /Poor customer service

In March 2023, I bought a kettle in this shop now recently It starred to misbehave on Tuesday I took it back as I know that it's still under guarantee and I was so disappointed to be assisted by a rude person who told me I was supposed to be return it in 14 days which is impossible that that you can return it because it was still working. I am not going to use repaired electrical appliances as it's not safe talking from experience. its either they refund or take that kettle for good as I am not going to take a risk and use repaired kettle as it has been working for 5 months especial if the helper told me the is nothing he can help or do..
