Angry and disappointed

Bought a box of 60 samosas for R199 from Makro and only got 30. They are all broken. I’ve tried to call costumer care line but no answer. I am so heartbroken about this. I’m a woman who relies on online shopping because of sickness and being on a wheelchair. I bought other things for Christmas and delivery says 3rd Jan 2025. To cancel the order I must call. When I do call no answer. How do you allow the courier to collect food and stay overnight to be delivered the next day? Food that requires fridge? Now they come here having a bad smell.
