*** and Woodmead Returns

I have handed in a smoking vacuum cleaner on 05 June 2020 to the Woodmead assessments/returns. They said they will give it back to Hoover for inspection. 27 July 2020 - called the store with a promise they will call me back cos they did not hear anything from Hoover; 30/31 July and 05 August 2020 - I sent an email to *** with the usual automatic response and no concrete feedback. I purchased this vacuum for a need and that need is not being fulfilled.
