And to prove just how bad your customer service is, you cancelled one item I ordered online earlier in this week, lo and behold I went into your store today and...there the very same item at the very same price is. Is this the degree of service you offer...I don't want to collect that item a customer is paying for so I'll claim it's out of stock.
