Online shopping is a ****piest I’ve ever had to deal with… ordered 3 items early in the month and didn’t even know when the stuff would be delivered until I had to check on the order itself, delivery scheduled for the 10th.. on the 9th I get email that 1 item is unavailable and will be refunded, the 10th comes and pass and there’s no delivery, I call on the 11 and I’m promised feedback, no feedback and today I receive yet another email, 1 more item cancelled… why the hell were these not cancelled simultaneously prior to the 10th so that I can make alternate arrangements?? Today I call in to cancel that 1 last unnecessary item because honestly there’s too many other service providers who are serious about their business and stand on their word… now I’m told the parcel is out for delivery… Makro online service deserve beyond zero rating cos this is unacceptable

And I want both my cancelled items refunded asap
