*********** and disappointing
Makro service is extremely disappointing. I’m still awaiting my refund for an item collected 6 weeks ago. Despite several calls and escalations, I have had no joy. This is in contrast to another refund done a few weeks prior that went through seamlessly. Is this just incompetence ??

13 May 2025, 09:27I had a call from Europe 2 weeks ago and I was assured that he would be in contact every 2 to 3 days with feedback. I have not heard from him since. I have made several calls to only to be told the usual line
that the matter is being escalated. This is extremely frustrating .. please can somebody with any authority sort this out!!!
