*********** AND BAD SERVICE

I am so disappointed and i am constantly disappointed. Wednesday 31 July 2024 i placed an online order for my grocery and my kids lunch things for the month, only to be slapped in the face.

Til today i haven't received my order and the best the lady i got hold of at the Strubensvalley branch was that I'll get my order sometime during the week, yet my order was taken by the delivery/courier partner on Saturday, the lady even hung up on my, i called back and they were not even bothered to answer my calls let alone get back to me with positive response, instead i fell like i'm at their mercy with my order that i paid for with my money and not on credit, the employees are rude and unhelpful, made to feel like i'l get it when i get it and i must stop nagging, this as been the worst and most irritating experience. I honestly don't think i ever want to buy online as it's very ***********, i am not happy and will never recommend anyone who lives in the west of jhb to ever order online because the branch is just the worst. I want my order and i want it now, i had to go out yesterday to get things for my kids lunch and get a little bit of grocery to survive til they decide to deliver my grocery, another R1000 i spent on things that haven't been delivered, how selfish and inconsiderate can this shop/branch be, it's very inconsiderate, the economy klaar is showing us flames and having to use my transport money to feed my kids and myself with money i don't have was very much frustrating. I'M VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
