An angry Customer

I bought a TV last year June 75inch plasma skyworth and now its broken i called inn the store to book in and they said a technician will come and check it, I gave the. My adress and my details just yesterday they sent me a mail. Read as follows. I qoute ubject: RE: Re: [EXTERNAL] AZ*** Hi

I think we cancelled this on our system as we are unable to go in that area. We will be able to assist with an assessment if the unit was maybe brought to us or at the store. We have had going to that areas as the addresses does not make sense and the pin locations does not help. Close qoute. I need your assistance with regard this matter because now the warranty only works to surburb not my dusty location
