"An Absolute Fiasco: My Disastrous Online Shopping Ordeal with Makro"

I am utterly disgusted and compelled to warn others about my ********** experience with Makro. It's absolutely unacceptable! I foolishly spent thousands of rands in early December, naively expecting a smooth process for our December holidays. But what a massive blunder that was! Makro's service is an abysmal failure. They bizarrely deliver items piecemeal, completely shattering the norm of receiving all items together. It's like they revel in inconvenience. My orders were not just delayed; they were a chaotic mess, leading me on a wild goose chase to contact suppliers directly. And guess what? Some of these suppliers have vanished into thin air! It's a circus over there. Are they just making it up as they go along? It's 2023, and Makro's online ordering system is a joke. And to add insult to injury, I have to endure a torturous two-week wait to get my money back. This is beyond pathetic, especially from one of South Africa's "largest" retailers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Makro at all costs!
