Amazing service from the Makro team

Amazing service received by Devan and his team at the Makro Strubensvalley branch. We purchased a fridge which was delivered on Monday, only to realise at that point the fridge is too big for our kitchen. I was stressed as the delivery team had already removed the packaging and switched the fridge on before they left and was not sure if I could return it for an exhange or refund. Went back into the store on Wednesday, spoke to Constance who said they can definitely assist and helped us to choose a smaller fridge. Devan came to the rescue as well as he then arranged the pick up of the other fridge and delivery of the new fridge with minimum costs incurred. Explained the entire process to us clearly with how the refund of the balance will work as well. Amazing service and will continue to use Makro as my major appliance store for future purchases. Lesson has been learnt to ensure we take measurements first :-)
