Amazing brand.

To everyone out there -I proclaim that impeccable customer service is still alive. My mom ordered a gift at Makro online last week. The expected time of collection is something we were not aware of as we didn't browse through their website. Yesterday I called in to inform them that we would like to collect this today as this is a gift for my son. Got through to Moeketsi who promised to get back to us today morning after he had done a follow up. Indeed , Moeketsi phoned & told us that order can be collected and went on to wish, using his words " the little one a splendid" birthday. I'm so thankful and will continue to support this Amazing brand . Any who sees him, GIVE HIM a big HUG!
