Amanzimtoti Makro pathetic sales service

We bought a generator which was advertised as Super Silent, according to the sales person, it doesn't make a noise, upon using we found it was anything but super silent. Now Makro is refusing to refund me cause it was used. No indication from Sales person that once used it cannot be returned either. False advertising and sold under false information from the sales person. Branch manager refuses to listen.
