Always Poor Control Over Account
I always Pay my acount, and more than i need to with EFT!!! For the last months i have to go in store to show proof off payment and still if i want to use my account it get declined. So i have to sort it out again!! After feeling like a idiot at the counter!! I have to sent proof off payment again!!! And phone them again after a phone call of almost R100 when i did phone before aswell. Why do they get paid for not doing there job the first time????
