Always no stock of a promotion product.

I went to purchase the Apple Ipad 9th gen advertised by Makro Milnerton on promotion in February pamphlets and was told they have not received stock. I was then told I would ve informed by telephone when stock arrives, but it is now March with still no stock. Why does Makro advertise products they do not have. They always appear to make a mockery of the Consumer Protection Act by employing this tactic on a regular basis. I mean really, why dont you stock what you advertise? How can you run your business this way?
