Almost two weeks and still waiting for my order

Ordering thing from makro should be added to thousands ways to die, because wow, You will be so depressed 😔 waiting for your order. I’ve placed an order on the 8th July and today 19th July still haven’t received my order, tried calling no luck. Tell me why do I do this to myself because I know their service is bad but I keep buying from them.
