Almost a year waiting for my order!!

I placed an order on 13 December 2022 and to date (17 October 2023) I am still fighting to receive my order!!

I have called and emailed countless times, even gone as far as requesting assistance on Facebook, just to be told that it being investigated, but nothing is coming of it! Online all it says is "In Progress" it was meant to be a locker collection, but I have to date never had an update further than "Order Packed" which was on the 14th of December 2022

I either want my product that was ordered and paid for, or a full refund! And somehow I just can't get that!
