Almost a month later & they still have not collected my fridge

I bought a DEFY fridge from Makro in Ottery just over 3 months ago. I called them and spoke to Dorian who said that he will send someone out by Tuesday (for the latest) to collect and repair our fridge. Nobody collected. Then I called him back a week later and he apologized and said first thing Monday morning someone will contact me to collect the fridge and they never did. It has now been almost a month and I have had to fix my own fridge, thus voiding the repair policy. I keep calling and calling but they only give me lip service. I have explained to him that we can not wait any longer because we've already had to throw away all the food in the fridge and that at that point, we have been eating take-aways for over a week. To this day, Makro - Ottery has not gotten back to me.
