Almost 2 months waiting for a pre ordered iPhone 16 Pro

I preordered a iPhone 16 pro online on the 16 September 2024 and I have still not received it, every time I call in the a different response from the online team, your phone at the DC or you will receive the phone this week but still nothing the latest is that stock is arriving on the 15th November. The service is pathetic, how can I pre order a phone and get it 2months after the launch, my wife ordered same phone on the same day from incredible connection and received the phone 3days after it was launched. Makro wake up and you have to do better than just a free R399 charging plug we need vouchers
