Almost 2 months, no refund

The two month mark is rapidly approaching with still no refund for my items which were marked as though there was stock when there was not. I have been phoning and following up numerous times a week. The 2-10 working days have passed and when I phoned two days ago for an update, I was told that the refund was never approved.

I am so frustrated.
