All round ****py service by Makro . I ordered last week Friday ( Black Friday) and I'm still waiting. The chat "help" queues are full are timeout. Eventually when somebody assists there is no decent dicussion with concrete , convicing proof that something is being done. All they're doing is blaming black friday volumes. We've had several black Fridays now and big retailed like Makro should be more than geared up for it. Takealot, Amazon,Temu all deliver on time . Seems like all that works is the portal to transact and take the consumers money. Shocking @Makro
