All components not supp**** with product
Yesterday (24/09/2019) I went to Makro Wonderboom store on my way to Brits to buy some Flash Harry Fix-a-Leak to repair my house's roof in Brits. I bought the 10L kit for R199... I asked the person working in the area about the 20 meters of membrane that should come with it. He told me it was all inside the container as it was the "kit" I was buying. Upon arriving in Brits, I opened the "kit" only to discover that the membrane was not inside the container as stated by the Makro employee... I then had to drive to the local DIY store to buy the membrane separately, incurring an additional R80 cost for the 20 meters of membrane. I again checked the container and it clearly states 20 meters of membrane included.
