I bought an android box on the makro online and it wasn't working... I returned it and they confirmed that it's not working. They since said they would refund me, 4 months later I'm still waiting. Send bank statement, called them countless times still no refund. @makroonline are just ****mers.

I also called and requested that they give me a in-store voucher since they are struggling to refund me. I've called and emailed but still not assisted. Makro ****med me I think it's time I accept.
I urge people not to buy especially makro online cos they sell **** defects and they will never refund you.
