Again Makro nonsense

Such beyond bad service I have received from Makro Strubens Valley. I have to raise my problem with poor service received from this company. If buying online with Makro is this disgusting then Takealot is the only place one can do such shopping. Went to Makro Strubens Valley to complain about receiving a part of the goods purchased but was shown a piece of paper with communication between the people handling online purchases stating a problem with my type of purchase. Was promised a call for restitution without out a timeline. Called the branch and the people I spoke to was first time hearing about my concern. Do I have to research ways of getting Makro to acknowledge they have wronged me and apologize by fixing this bitter taste I am left with from dealing with such nonsense. Malcolm please respect your customers cause tomorrow you might not see a cent from me and those I share my ordeal with.
