After sales support are non existent. Took a fan in to get it fixed. More than a week past : Feb 21 2025 I received a message from the company that fixed it. Telling me it's ready for collection (by Makro) Have been trying since then to phone *** and various other numbers with no luck, also emailed ***. Will be driving there today to see if I get lucky. Please wish me luck!
