After many followups and even a visit to Makro Centurion, all but one missing item from 14 Dec order was accounted for. For this missing item the store manager said I will have to follow up with the third party supplier of the missing item. But i ordered from Makro, not the third party, why should I liaise with someone else? This was a nightmare experience - all the mistakes in just one order.
