After 3 Weeks it Broke! Repairs are not covered!

Bought a new Samsung washing machine at Marko. After 3 weeks the tub broke. Makro takes no responsibility and Samsung takes no responsibility. Now I must pay for the repairs, and can just as well buy a new one. Also, I tried leaving a review on Makro's website regarding this product, but Makro denied my review.
