After 1 month of placing order i received a call saying no stock - pathetic

How an earth its possible to say after packaging no stock ? after a month i received a call saying that you dont have stock, what are you doing whole month? sleeping? seriously pathetic, poor, cheap on you guys, why did you keep my monies if you dont have stock and why did you packaged my stuff ? i need my stuff thats all i want
