Hi

I would like to lodge a complain.

I placed an order to for collection, my order was later cancelled due to no stock. I placed an order for delivery for the same item and my order is cancelled again due to no stock.

Why do you still advertise the skipping rope if you do not have stock. Now I have to wait 10 days for two different orders.
