Advertised price but don't want to honor

Hi I did an online purchase for an item marked at R599 did relevant payments etc Did not receive any confirmation so i contacted the online service and was told that they can only offer a refund as it was a mistake ,the item was supposed to be R2599 Surely if a mistake was made on their part Makro should be honoring the purchase

This is totally unacceptable
