Advertised goods not in store - staff clueless

On Saturday, my husband and I went to Makro Centurion to purchase an umbrella advertised on their website for R199. When we get there, staff are totally clueless, I had to show them the ad on their website. Eventually Johannes said he would order from another branch and call us, it is now Wednesday and we have not heard a word. I ried to call Johannes twice, first time he put me on hold without even answering and second call he refused to answer. Disgusting!!
