It is with regret that I must write a negative review for Makro. I've spent thousands, if not hundreds of thousands on this business, and for the first time that I need help beyond just purchasing an item, I've been left for the dogs.

Extended my warranty on a dishwasher just for it to break 4 months before its expiry. That said, it's been 3 weeks since I've reported the case and absolutely no effort has been done from Makro's side to even lift a finger to fix it.

Don't even bother to contact me to fix it (Yeah I'm talking to the poor sap who's paid to read this). I will be taking my business elsewhere from now.

How can a multibillion rand company not have the capacity to deal with a service backlog by hiring a few more technicians for gods sake. Pull your head out of your **** and treat your customers better. A business is far more than just "the best deal".
