Accounts

I want to pay off two of my budged accounts. Previously I just pay a lot of money and when I request from them to settle some of the budged accounts, they say that I need to go to the store. This time I wanted to do that, now they said that I can't do that as well. How do you manage your account, if you can't pay off specific accounts. They make it difficult in order to get as much as possibly interests. This is unacceptable to me. Don't buy at this stores or rather use your credit card. I want to take this matter to court. I don't think that this can be allowed.
