Account settled and refusal to close

I have an account with Makro. I settled to account and struggling to close it . I have sent proof of payment to relevant parties and now I am told its not paid. I need to account to be closes as Makro was harassing me with calls . I phoned and sent emails but still. I need a paid up letter to update my bereau records .
