Account Messup!

We have opened an account with them in October 2015, now they say we have opened earlier than October 2015. Our first payment was due in November 2015. They did not send us statements up to date, so we asked by the teller how much we need to pay and we make a payment of R400. Now suddenly our premium is over R1500pm from R400 as confirmed by teller. We phoned them, they keep on giving us the wrong amounts per month that we paid even if we tell them we have our proof of payments as per each month. Now they send us 9 statements, of some one else. We and in the meantime we still do not know how much to pay per month and they keep on loading interests, and deducting wrong amounts.
