Abysmal Service

Its so frustrating I don't know where to beign.

The service is very poor, the people I had asked to help me find plastic cups gave me the runaround, I was sent to the food , then catering then liquor store and all of these because the quote had quoted plastic cups from the wrong place and merchandise transfers are an administrative mess, thus making their problems mine. The people were extremely rude to add to that.

The staff at telesales at the liquor side sat there and we had to wait for 20 minutes while they figured out where the card for the business I represent is. It was an experience I will at all cost try to avoid in future, seek quotes less where. I was terrible. I still can't believe it took this long to pick up 6 items.
