ABSOULTELY APPALLING

Absolutely APPALLING customer service. SHOCKING!!! I placed an online order. I then received a very strange email from a company SACN from a Chinese lady saying my order needs to be be cancelled because my order is damaged. I reached out to Makro care. via call, Email and online text and they seem very unbothered by this email and have assured me my purchase is packed and ready to be couriered to me. Order was placed 13 March. Its been ready for courier since 18th its now the 25th and still nothing arrives so I get a mail from Makro saying it will be delivered 11 of April!!! a month for an order that's ready and waiting. ***!!! and the Chinese lady keeps calling me, messaging me like how do I know she's not trying to **** me. I want my purchase even if that means I need to arrange courier myself because Makro dont Care, at this point I will never purchase from Makro again. I actually cant believe the lack of communication. Welcome to Africa!
