Absolutely Unacceptable

Will never be purchasing from Makro online ever again. I ordered two single - tier clothes stands with wheels. I was sent two double - tier stands without wheels. I logged a return and both units were fetched from me however I was only refunded for one. I have called in to the customer care centre numerous times and have even emailed. I spoke to a consultant yesterday who advised that they will log a new return so that I can get refunded for the unit that I returned but was never refunded for. Only to find that today the courier comes to pick up the ‘ ‘second’ unit which I had already returned as I returned both units initially but was only refunded for one. All this inconvenience because Makro sent me the incorrect items to begin with. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!
