Absolutely terrible staff at the liquor store

The Makro Liquor Crown Mines staff is an absolute joke!

I bought alcohol in 2 different instances in a space of a week, only to find out that some of the Moët bottles still had those security tags around them! I literally couldn’t use them for the intended use and obviously there’s no way I could open these,

You guys made my New Years Eve a horrible one! I don’t think buying alcohol should be this dissatisfying. The staff is completely unprofessional and they have regard whatsoever for customers, I mean clearly if those are not removed I’m not going to be able to open the bottles and afterall I’m not buying them to frame them.
