ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

I purchased a Midea dishwasher in 2022 from Makro, which broke in February 2023, while still under warranty, I logged a service request with Midea / Levance. Never heard a thing until I tried to follow up. They sent Master Care out who if I say are useless is being kind. They said they had fixed it and the same evening I had the same issue. Called again they came to the house and took the machine. Never to be heard of or seen again. It is now the 10th May and I still don't have my dishwasher. After many emails and refusing to wait any longer as when I did query late in April I was told they still had to order the part, I demanded a refund. Midea eventually mailed Makro PE where I had bought the machine from to contact me and do a full refund. That was 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting.
